Our house Quinta de Raj was founded by Paul and Valeria with the intention of creating a paradise (“Raj”). Their eye fell on the beauty of the Douro Valley with the bridges of Peso da Regua as a view. The Quinta was set up to serve as a base for future retreats on self-awareness and connecting with your own self. The Quinta is designed in such a way that you can retreat in different places (physical and spiritual) to reconnect with yourself.

All rooms are spacious (2-persons) and have the same impressive view over the Douro Valley. The pool area offers luxury cabanas, a pool, a sauna and a hot tub. The gardens are open for our guests. There are plenty of nice hideaways to sit down, relax and enjoy the moment. For more leisure, we also offer wine-tastings, hiking- and biking trips. Other services are available on request via your hostess.
